Improve the employee experience together with your colleagues

Organisations are constantly changing. Apart from the strategy that may change, in many organisations the way of working, of managing, of learning and of onboarding, changes. How do you ensure that employees continue to feel connected, know how they can contribute and give the best of themselves every day? By not thinking for the employees, but by involving them, listening to them and actually doing something with their input.

Do you want to improve the employee experience in your organisation? Then get to work together with your employees during the Employee Journey Workshop. The workshop can be organised online or in real life, in line with the most recent guidelines of the RIVM.

  • Design thinking
    During the workshop we use the employee journey model (©PROOF) and principles of design thinking. The starting point is that the employee is central. You start by mapping out what the wishes and needs of employees are. Then you actively involve them in developing solutions. Therefore there is little room for assumptions and gut feelings. You also actively involve your employees during implementation by measuring how the solutions work and adjusting them where necessary.

  • Getting started
    After the workshop, you can immediately start improving the employee experience. With solutions based on the latest insights and developed together with employees.

  • Intake
    We prepare the workshop together with you. During an intake, we formulate the question for which a solution is needed. You may have a specific question, or you may want to realise general improvements within the employee journey.

  • Workshop
    The workshop is preferably spread over two days. The workshop consists of three parts:

    1. Knowledge: the session is led by two experts from PROOF. You learn about the basic principles of an optimal employee experience
    2. Problem definition: the actual question is formulated together with your employees. This way, you get an insight into the existing wishes and needs at the same time. Together you map out how employees want to work, what they expect from managers and what they need to perform optimally.
    3. Solution: subsequently, you start working together on appropriate and innovative solutions. Solutions that answer the issue and partly also help to tackle underlying problems. Everything is summarised in a concrete action plan.
  • Result
    The result of the session consists of one or more concrete solutions that you and your employees have come up with. If desired, PROOF can support the development and roll-out of these solutions in the organisation.

  • For whom?
    This workshop is for everyone who realises that a good employee experience is essential for the success of the organisation. And who believes in innovative power through co-creation. Experience shows that the workshop is best conducted with a group of maximum 12 people.
